If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition and packaging
• The product has not been used or damaged
• You have proof of purchase

Return Process

Refunds
